Harley-Davidson History

Harley-Davidson history is long and proud and began at the start of the 20th century. The beginnings of this American icon were very humble. In 1903, Davidson brothers Arthur and Walter along with William S. Harley built a single cylinder motorcycle in a wooden shed built by cabinet making William C. Davidson. 2009 Harley Davidson FLHTCUI Ultra Classic Electra Glide - This bike is finished off in beautiful vivid black with tons of chrome. To start, this bike features the twin cam fuel injected 96 cubic inch 1584cc motor backed by a 6-Speed trans. The bike has sustained damage to the front and will be sold on a rebuildable Iowa Salvage title. The engine starts right up and sounds exellent with its Vance & Hines exhaust. The forks and front wheel will need to be replaced. The frame down tubes appear to be slightly bent in and should straighten. There does not appear to be any damage to the rear wheel, swingarm, or trans. This bike is also equipped with chrome switches, housings, levers, foot controls, and horns. Overall this is a clean bike and a nice fix for a 09 Ultra!
